Orthodontic Financing Options

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults and financial
considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different
needs fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide the following payment options:

OPTION A: Payment in full A 5% discount is given for payment in full using Cash or Check at the start of treatment.

OPTION B: Office Payment Plan (No finance charge) A minimum initial payment due at the start of treatment followed by monthly payments.

OPTION C: CareCredit

Insurance will be submitted at the request of the patient. All information must be provided to us. We participate with United Concordia, Delta Dental,
Cigna DPPO and United Concordia PA CHIP.
